For almost 30 years, Nick Trombetta has shared his passion and inspiration for precision artistry in great hair care color and designs with his clients, students and top rated hair care professionals.

A former national educator, platform artist and Artistic Director for IT&LY Hairfashion, Nick’s innovative techniques have been featured in international forums and magazines. In 2011, he was bestowed the honor of “Best Hair Colorist of Westchester County” by The Westchester Magazine, an award which gave voice to that which his clients, team and professional colleagues have known and sought his counsel.

Awards and accolades aside, Nick’s distinction is his innate ability to fuse a clients’ inner and outer beauty by earning their trust and confidence. By gaining an understanding of his clients, he can then unleash his knowledge and skill. It stands to reason that Nick’s clientele span women and men of all ages. This gift of character extends to those who have unfortunately lost their hair for medical or other reasons. Nick has opened a separate wing of the Salon privately and confidentially catering to those so affected.

Also known for his ability to reconstruct the hair coloring “disasters” achieved outside of his salon, Nick is gratified seeing the relief and happiness of a client who thought their hair was irreparably damaged.

Nick continually inspires creativity and shares cutting edge techniques to his already talented professional team. At the same time, he is constantly seeking opportunities to learn from his colleagues, team and clients, many of whom have become personal friends.

With a career spanning over 15 years, Carmela has earned a solid reputation as a creative hair designer and colorist. Her work is an extension of her inner appreciation for beauty and fashion, was honed while training at Wella, IT&LY Hairfashion, TIGI, and Redken.

Carmela’s creative hair designs have been featured in national magazines, and in her passion for bridal work is reputed by her clients. Carmela’s goal is to create a great cut for her clients, yet one they can effortless re-create on a daily basis.

She accomplishes this with a deep understanding of geometric design, precision cutting and client discussion, to ensure their ease/comfort to translate the look.

With 15 years of hair design experience, Stephanie is also known for building color, natural movement and sexiness into her clients’ hair.

She has received training at TIGI, Redken, Goldwell and IT&LY Hairfshion to name a few, and received certifications in hair extensions, and Thermal Reconditioning treatments. Stephanie can effortlessly transform traditional looking hair into a full, regal mane.

Her clients rave above her flair for creating sexy, romantic highlights that fluidly blend into their hair. Stephanie has a gift for creating something totally new for her clients.

With 14 years of styling experience, Melody is a creative visionary and consultant to her clients of any age.

“Clients are not always sure of what they want. I enjoy inspiring and guiding them by taking the time to listen, while maintaining the integrity of my own artistry”.

She has a passion and flair for cutting and styling men’s hair, which she laughs, as she recalls, started when working with men, many years, back as the old fashioned ‘clipper.’

Patty, who is licensed in multiple states and trained at TIGI, IT&LY Hairfashion, Redken and Wella, finds her 20 years of experience to be a blessing.

Her goal, which she routinely achieves on a daily basis, is to transform the “everyday” into the “extraordinary” under the look and feel of what the client desires.

The newest member to the Salon Maffei design team, Donna brings over 17 years of experience for creating natural hair colors.

She is passionate about using her craft to “complement the look of every client” and her loyal clientele speaks volumes in that regard.

She received training with Beth Minardi, L’Oreal, TIGI, Goldwell, Redken and Wella, and is also a certified Keratin Complex Technician.
